The complex is situated in tne centre of the city of Smolyan, on hill ground which reveals beautiful view towards the mountain. Three residential buildings are located in the complex. The architecture is traditional Rhodope - sloped roofs with wooden eaves, bow-windows on the high floors, vaulted windows, combination of sunny colours and real stone revetments on the facades and tracery wrought iron parapets and fences which are a distinguishing  mark of our buildings.

Residential complex Heberlea is introduced into exploitation in 2008.
