Act 15 for Building 12 in Motopista Complex - II part was constituted

On 14.12.2009 a record of evidence for establishment of the suitability for acceptance of the construction was constituted. With it the investor, the architects, the engineers and the builder accept that the construction is executed in accordance with the approved investment projects, the requirements on the constructions according to article 169, paragraph 1 and 2 of the Law for organization of the territory, the clauses of the contract for building and that the available construction documentation characterizes the execution of the construction in sufficient stage.
